Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Shah Alam. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, track sales performance, and collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Ability to work on-site in Shah Alam and be flexible to travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the coatings or manufacturing industry is a plus
