How You'll Work With Us

You will work closely with the Presales, Product, and Project Delivery teams to drive business growth and deliver effective solutions to clients.

In this role, you will lead customer engagements, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful sales execution and long-term client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business partnerships
  • Act as a key point of contact for client support and engagement

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new customers and channel partners
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Follow up with leads and reseller partners to support business growth

Product Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
  • Engage customers, partners, and system integrators effectively
  • Communicate product value and solutions clearly

Reporting & Sales Tracking

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Monitor progress against sales targets and KPIs
  • Support strategic planning with accurate sales data

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Gather customer and reseller feedback for improvement initiatives

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Recommend effective solutions and provide ongoing support
  • Understand customer needs to improve retention and satisfaction

Sales Execution

  • Manage and follow up on sales leads consistently
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate business terms
  • Close deals while maintaining strong client relationships

General Responsibilities

  • Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software, IT solutions, or CRM sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Good time management and attention to detail
