Job Description

. Identify new businesses/markets to achieve company business targets and profitability.
. Develop business proposals by making recommendations and solutions to the Management on the business opportunities.
. Effectively maintain and grow sales revenue from key accounts and new customers under his / her responsibility to meet the company's budgetted revenue and profitability for new businesses through sales and marketing activities.
. Responsible for existing customer relationship management.
. Implement and exercise good customer service by responding to clients request so as to ensure high service level and good coordination for safe, smooth and cost effective operations.
. To follow-up with customers and assists on trouble-shooting customers issues.
. To ensure SLA is in placed and adhered to through continuous monitoring, follow-up and effective control in order to achieve operational efficiency.
. Working closely with accounts and operations departments to ensure all sales are in compliance with the company's procedures / policies for credit terms and operations.
. Continuously maintaining and building good rapport with customers key personnel and working closely with customer and operations team to ensure customers needs and expectations are met.
. Execute and time completion of all assignments and reports as and when required.
. Maintain good sales etiquette such as personal grooming, discipline in time keeping and maintaining activity reporting of customers details / sales visits.
. Participate in meetings and presentations as and when required,
. Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when required by the management.
. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Logistic / Transportation, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position with solid proven records in or equivalent for this position.
. Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
. An independent, aggressive and achievement-orientated mindset.
. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English.
. Strong leadership, decision-making, people and networking skills.
. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
