What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of 7-8 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Malaysia office. This role is essential for driving team performance, ensuring adherence to activity metrics, and achieving monthly SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) and CW (Closed Won) targets. You will build a high-performance, cohesive team culture while upleveling the skills of team members.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Lead and develop a team of 2-5 AEs and 3-6 SDRs, ensuring high engagement and low turnover.
  • Drive consistent achievement of SQL and CW targets through rigorous performance management.
  • Listen to calls, provide constructive feedback, and engage in role-playing exercises to sharpen skills.
  • Build team chemistry and ensure alignment with company goals and sales strategies.
  • Enforce adherence to daily activity metrics, including calls, talk time, and SQL generation.

Year 1 Deliverables

  • Consistently achieve SQL and CW targets each quarter.
  • Establish a high-performing team with improved talent capabilities and minimal employee turnover.
  • Foster a cohesive team environment that supports collaboration and success.

About You

  • You have a history of successfully leading sales teams or SDRs, driving both results and individual development.
  • You are compassionate in your leadership style, balancing a people-first approach with accountability for results.
  • You are highly process- and data-driven, with a talent for refining talk tracks and ensuring KPIs are met.
  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and are naturally curious and adaptable.
  • You are fluent in Mandarin and English

Bonus points

  • Experience in restaurant technology, SaaS, or other high-growth industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, for managing team performance and pipelines.
  • Experience selling to US-based clients
