Role Description

This part-time Sales Professional role is based in Shah Alam, with a hybrid working arrangement allowing for some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include promoting Takaful products to prospective clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Professional will also educate clients on the products offered, provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to offering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services, particularly Takaful offerings, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to manage sales processes and communicate with clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a hybrid working environment
  • Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
