Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains thorough knowledge of the Salesforce instance and its integrated systems and business processes; general knowledge of related organizational systems and processes.
  • Provides day-to-day frontline user support to division staff and customers on applications, services and 3rd party solutions.
  • Provides business expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing improvements to Salesforce org and processes that are cost-effective, meet user requirements and meet agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Lead or assist with gathering customer requirements for new and ongoing projects and/or requests.
  • Compiles feedback from end users in the department to identify recurrent system problems or new system needs.
  • Develops user training materials and/or support documentation. Trains departmental users on new system features and functionality.
  • Executes system functionality and data quality assurance testing prior to customer acceptance testing.
  • Configures and maintains application settings and administration options to set up access for new and existing users and conducts new user training


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field

Experience:
  • 5 years experience working with and maintaining computer systems, particularly Salesforce. Experience in the following areas desired: customer support, systems design, development and integration; systems reporting; and computer administration. Experience directly related to area of assignment may be used to satisfy the above requirements.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly encouraged
  • Preferred experience with tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Mulesoft, Experience Cloud, Data Loader, Docusign, Validity PeopleImport and Dupeblocker.
