Salesforce CRM Marketing Automation Developer

• Work with end business users to develop, code, and launch complex cross-channel CRM marketing campaigns.
• Translate business objectives into actionable solutions, understanding user communication needs and data streams.
• Design and document solutions utilizing automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and advanced SFMC features.
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, etc.) to deliver personalized content.
• Collaborate with customers to define campaign parameters and technical requirements.
• Provide best practice recommendations in coordination with Engagement Services team.
• Create automation processes for data import, segmentation, and journey triggers using Automation Studio activities (SQL Queries, File Transfers, etc.).
• Develop and execute SQL code to manage Data Extensions and SFTP connectors.
• Use AMPscript for personalized, dynamic email content.
• Define Journey entry sources and logic using Data Extensions, Lists, Salesforce Data, API, and Events.
• Create responsive HTML-based emails addressing cross-platform rendering issues (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
• Work independently while ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders using strong communication skills.

You Have:

• 57 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) in email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Experience with other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• At least one certification: Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Certified Email Specialist.
