Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience

• 6–10 years of Salesforce development experience
• Minimum 2–3 years in Technical Lead / Senior Developer role

Mandate Skills

• Strong Apex development (Apex classes, triggers)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL / SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
• CI/CD & Version Control (Salesforce DX, Git, Copado / Gearset or similar)
• Experience with code reviews, technical design, and architecture decisions
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Platform Developer II certification
• Experience Cloud
• Integration tools like MuleSoft or middleware
• Data migration tools (Data Loader / Informatica)
• Experience in FMCG / Healthcare / Distribution industry

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design and development
• Develop Apex, LWC, integrations, and scalable architecture
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Work with business teams and product owners to translate requirements
• Mentor Salesforce developers and guide technical delivery
• Manage CI/CD, release management, and deployment processes
