Project SAP Enterprise Portal Upgrade (NetWeaver 7.1 to NetWeaver 7.5)

Role Summary

The SAP Enterprise Portal Consultant will support the upgrade of SAP Enterprise Portal

from NetWeaver 7.1 to NetWeaver 7.5 and provide assessment, configuration, testing,

training, go-live, and post go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Assessment & Validation

• Conduct delta workshops for myHR2U E-Portal functionalities.

• Assess and validate required changes to the existing Enterprise Portal.

• Confirm standard SAP Enterprise Portal functionalities to be activated

• Validate business requirements and user journey changes for ESS and MSS.

Configuration & Development

• Modify and enhance custom developments impacted by the upgrade.

• Perform SAP Enterprise Portal configuration and setup activities.

• Ensure system functionalities remain intact and uncompromised following the upgrade.

Testing & Defect Resolution

• Execute Functional Unit Testing (FUT).

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT).

• Analyse and resolve defects.

User Readiness & Training

• Support UAT activities.

• Conduct TTT and KUT training sessions.

Go-Live & Cutover Support

• Support cutover readiness activities.

• Perform go-live validation and final Enterprise Portal checks.

Post Go-Live Support

• Provide PGLS support.

• Support incidents, user access issues and usability clarifications
