SAP FICO & Treasury Support Consultant

We are looking for a skilledSAP FICO & Treasury Support Consultantto join our AMS team. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and process optimization across SAP Treasury, Cash Management, and Core Finance modules in a SLA-driven environment.

• Provide L2/L3 support forSAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting)andTreasury (TRM, Cash & Liquidity Management)

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within defined SLAs

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Support payment runs (F110/F111), bank statement processing, and treasury deals (loans, FX, investments)

• Assist in period-end, year-end closing, and reconciliation activities (bank, GL, intercompany)

• Prepare functional specifications and support WRICEF enhancements in coordination with ABAP

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration

• Maintain configuration docs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

• Participate in status calls and service review meetings
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience inSAP FICOandSAP Treasury (TRM/Cash Management)

• Proficiency inAutomatic Payment Program (F110),EBS, and bank reconciliation

• Solid understanding of financial closing processes

• Prior experience inAMS/support projects(minimum 2 years)

• Ability to work in aSLA-driven, ticketing-based support environment

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
