SAP Invoicing

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing export shipping documents, coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring shipment deadlines are met, and leading the documentation team to achieve operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and packing lists based on customer shipment information.
• Verify shipment details, booking confirmations, and stuffing lists before issuing documents.
• Send shipping documents to customers and internal departments within agreed timelines.
• Update and amend shipping documents when there are changes to bookings, vessel schedules, or cargo details.
• Prepare proforma, shipping, and manual invoices as required.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse, customs, and shipment teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Perform month-end invoice closing activities.
• Lead and support the documentation team in daily operations.
• Monitor and achieve customer and company KPIs.
• Escalate operational issues to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export documentation, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and export procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience is an added advantage.
