SAP MM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM processes including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification
• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or workarounds
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to MM module
• Work on configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect fixes
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for debugging, enhancements, and transport management
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business and audit requirements
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and support knowledge base

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP MM module (support/maintenance projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement cycle (PR, PO, GR, IR) and inventory processes
• Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
• Good understanding of incident/change management processes (ITIL preferred)
• Ability to work in production support environments with tight SLAs
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
