Position : Materials Management Data Deployment Lead

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Working hours: UK/US timezone – 7AM US timezone

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary: RM10,000 – RM12,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end Materials Management data migration activities for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA deployment projects
• Drive data cleansing, transformation, validation, governance, and migration readiness initiatives
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality deployment outcomes
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple workstreams effectively
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for: SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) & Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Influence key stakeholders and support critical deployment decisions throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of SAP Data Migration experience
2. Proven experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations
3. Strong background in: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Operations & Supply Chain Data Migration
4. Hands-on expertise in: Data Cleansing, Data Mapping & Transformation, Data Validation & Data Migration Execution
5. Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory structures, including: Inventory Data Management, Bin Structures, Warehouse Master Data & EWM Processes
6. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
7. Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional project environments
8. Comfortable supporting UK or US working hours
