6–10+ years of SAP experience
Strong expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management)
Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and end-to-end implementation/support projects
Strong ABAP development and debugging skills, including reports, enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, IDocs, SmartForms, and performance tuning
Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with modules such as MM, PM, SD, or MES
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
Ability to gather business requirements, provide solution design, and work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
