Job Description

Summary

Assist in managing day-to-day security operations and enforcement of security protocols
Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations
Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., police, fire department) when required
Support emergency response procedures and crisis management
Maintain security records, logs, and documentation

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Minimum (2â€5) years of experience in security operations or related role
Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of security systems and procedures
Good communication and report-writing skills
Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call when needed
