Job Description

Summary

  • Assist in managing day-to-day security operations and enforcement of security protocols
  • Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
  • Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety regulations
  • Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., police, fire department) when required
  • Support emergency response procedures and crisis management
  • Maintain security records, logs, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum (2â€5) years of experience in security operations or related role
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of security systems and procedures
  • Good communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call when needed
