As we scale Verity Intelligence, we are looking for an AI Automation Developer to help us build products faster, automate business processes, and leverage AI to drive growth.
The Role
We are looking for a highly resourceful builder who can use AI, automation, APIs, and modern development tools to turn ideas into working solutions.
This is not a traditional software developer role.
You will work directly with management to identify business problems, design solutions, build prototypes, automate workflows, and deploy systems that improve efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
Your mission is simple:
Use AI and automation to help Verity move faster and scale smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve internal and customer-facing products using AI-assisted development tools.
- Design and deploy business automations using platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Integrate systems through APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, agents, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Agentic skills to cover security auditing – cybersecurity, code reviewing and auditing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Manually review, test, debug, and improve AI-generated code and workflows.
- Continuously optimise processes to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
- Support the ongoing development, enhancement and future products.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Abacus AI (non-negotiable), Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Vibe Coding is a mandatory skill.
- Experience building automations and integrations using APIs and workflow tools.
- Strong understanding of software fundamentals, databases, and system design.
- Ability to evaluate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with N8N, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, MCP, vector databases, or agentic workflows.
- Experience in either HRTech, RegTech, FinTech, Compliance, or Risk Intelligence solutions.
