What We're Looking For:

- Experience working in technology, software, engineering, platform, SaaS, or digital-first environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation tools, or agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to turn ideas into tangible solutions.
- Familiarity with coding, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-assisted development tools is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience improving organizational processes, operating models, or workforce effectiveness within technology-driven businesses.
