Job Summary
Responsible for managing post-approval tracking, milestone verification, and fund disbursement processes for grant recipients. The role ensures that projects are implemented as approved, funds are released in a timely and compliant manner, and programme outcomes are effectively monitored and reported.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fund disbursement processes based on approved project milestones.
- Ensure disbursements are made according to project progress and established guidelines.
- Track project implementation and verify project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions set for each project.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department and relevant stakeholders on drafting and executing agreements.
- Ensure all agreements are accurate and aligned with policy requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth project operations and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio/project management, grant administration, or programme operations.
- Strong proficiency in project monitoring and fund disbursement management.
- Familiarity with project milestones, KPIs, and compliance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial tracking, and performance-based funding models.
- Skilled in report writing, dashboard management, and data-driven performance reporting.
- Effective stakeholder coordination across legal, finance, and project teams.
- Exposure to government or institutional funding mechanisms.
- Excellent recordkeeping, documentation, and administrative management.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks or tools is an added advantage.
