Senior Analyst - SAP GRC Process Control

Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Senior Analyst - SAP GRC Process Control based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP GRC Process Control solutions, ensuring effective controls, compliance, and risk management across business processes. Daily tasks include analyzing control requirements, performing control design and testing, managing integration with other SAP modules, and supporting process owners in remediation activities. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to document processes, identify control gaps, and provide recommendations for improvements. The Senior Analyst will also prepare reports, support audits, conduct user training, and contribute to continuous enhancement of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing control effectiveness, and supporting decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to understand end-to-end workflows, control points, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document findings, and present recommendations clearly.
• Candidates should possess Integration expertise to support SAP GRC Process Control connectivity with other SAP modules and related systems.
• Relevant experience in SAP GRC Process Control implementation or support, ideally in large or regulated organizations.
• Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and meet deadlines in a project-driven setting.
• Professional certifications in SAP, GRC, or risk management are an advantage.
