Senior Assistant Vice President, Business Planning

What you will do

• Lead the development of the long-range business planning including strategic and annual business planning exercise.

• Provides advice on the development of business strategies, changes and improvements to current business plans, policies and procedures.

• Formulate strategies into action plans and model the financial impact.

• Coordinate efforts of business leaders, line managers and staff to link strategies and tactics of individual units

• Monitor, evaluate and report on the overall business plan and results

• Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic financial decisions and business performance issues, interpret and evaluate monthly analyses of business results and trends, including budget variance of financial results and KPIs to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations.

• Collaborate with Business Heads on business development activities and monitoring the progress, focused on achieving growth targets.

• Own the monthly and quarterly forecast and related variance analysis.

• Ensure timely preparation of budgets, financial and managements reports

• Manage cashflow and liquidity of the operations

• To highlight to management on potential areas/issues that may hinder the Company from achieving its objective.

• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and special projects.

Who you are

• Professional certification/Master/Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration discipline

• At least 10 years working experience in business planning/ business advisory & support/accounting/auditing/ finance
