Senior Associate, APAC Marketplace holds a pivotal role in overseeing the operations team of the Marketplace while also involved with risk frameworks. This position is also instrumental in facilitating the onboarding of territory teams from across the Asia Pacific region to the Marketplace platform.
Assess, mitigate and report operations risk issues.
Prepare documentation and report to risk approvers across the APAC region.
Provide operational support and on-going services to back-end users of the Marketplace.
Acts as a liaison between the users and the business and development teams.
Manage payment transactions for APAC Marketplace and provide reporting for the internal finance team.
Coordinate with cross functional teams for issues not resolved at L2 level.
Creates and maintains up-to-date documentation of the backend CMS.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each key release of the Marketplace.
Requirements
Recognised University Degree in any discipline.
2 years of working experience.
Good analytical skills, ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to work independently on individual assignments and collectively with a team on larger projects.
Good interpersonal skills: Writing skills & communication skills.
