JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Go-to-Market

  • Develop and manage channel communications across Astro Enterprise Biz to ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain relationship links with the various Product teams
  • Designing new processes, business rules, communication collateral, etc. to ensure all customer/business touch points meet the ideal internal & external customer experience
  • Serve as an internal evangelist, promoting our products internally by launching various internal marketing campaigns or events
  • Provide ongoing measurement and tracking of all active initiatives and conduct relevant post-implementation reviews to establish and improve effectiveness of go-to-market activities, as well as providing recommendations to drive product success post launch

Marketing

  • Ensure alignments with key business KPIs across divisions ie product, regional sales leads, activation, media, digital and brand etc.
  • Turn insights into actionable strategy for communities/ niche segments that will lead to fresh value propositions and innovative ways of persuading and reaching identified segments
  • Lead always on marketing & thought leadership (events, white papers etc) that helps generate leads, enquiries and tender opportunities. Manage marketing to ensure segment-related products are constantly having brand and media exposure and coverage

Enterprise Projects

  • Coordinate and collaborate Enterprise project management with various stakeholders
  • Develop and implement GTM plan for the projects

Sales & Dealer Channel

  • Pro-actively reaching out to sales and dealers to enhance and improvise
  • Ensure timely communication & marketing materials reach to sales and dealers nationwide

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communications or any other equivalent with min.
  • Competent in Microsoft office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot and VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills
