Beauty Consultant (Management Level)
Location: Damansara Heights (with a branch in Bangsar)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–7:00 PM | Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM | Sun Off
Basic Salary + commission on products and treatments sold to clients
We are an established luxury Aesthetic & Medical Centre, founded and led by a Dato who is also the practicing doctor, seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Beauty Consultant to lead our patient consultation and sales team while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Beauty Consultant team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic and wellness treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and referrals.
- Monitor consultants performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient care.
- Oversee daily sales operations and maintain the highest service standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members through continuous development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the aesthetic, beauty, medical, or luxury wellness industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record in consultation and high-value sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Professional appearance with a positive, confident personality.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and customer focused.
