We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (Microsoft) to drive business growth, win new enterprise customers, and strengthen strategic partnerships with Microsoft.
Responsibilities
- Drive Microsoft business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new enterprise opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Position Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, Data, and Modern Workplace solutions to customers.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, enterprise customers, and Microsoft teams.
- Leverage Microsoft partner programmes, incentives, licensing, EA, and CSP models.
- Lead proposals, presentations, negotiations, and strategic deal closures.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Malaysian citizenship (expatriate applications and visa sponsorship are not available).
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise business development or Microsoft cloud sales.
- Experience with a Microsoft Solutions Partner, reseller, or systems integrator.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Proven success in enterprise sales and C-level stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
