Senior Buyer M/F

Responsibilities:

1. Work with vendors and spare part planning to codify spare parts as per users requirement
2. Maintain updated POs and prices in SAP info record for codified spare parts to ensure accuracy and validity in prices , part numbers and descriptions.
3. Work with vendors, Spare part Planning, Logistics & Forwarders to expedite deliveries to meet factory requirements
4. Price negotiation with vendors to ensure purchase at right market price to meet GPO annual cost reduction target.
5. Sourcing and assessment of alternative suppliers (in terms of cost/quality & service) including due diligence for dual/multiple sourcing strategy
6. Supplier management by evaluating supplier performance using SPE tool and QBR to review performance of suppliers.
7. Ensure procurement process are in compliance with guidelines, SOP/LOP, SOX and etc
8. Automate manual process within GPO using RPA or any other tool to improve work efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skill - presentation using power-point
2. Competent in Power BI, RPA or other automation software tool will be an advantage
