Key Responsibilities

- Identify cost leakages, efficiency gaps, and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Develop cost-optimisation scenarios and track the realisation of savings.
- Identify revenue opportunities, commercial synergies, and margin-improvement initiatives.
- Build robust financial models covering P&L, cash flow, feasibility studies, pricing, and investment returns.
- Develop best-case, base-case, and downside scenarios for strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate new projects, partnerships, market-entry opportunities, and investment proposals.
- Conduct sensitivity, variance, and stress-test analyses to challenge key assumptions.
- Identify commercial, financial, operational, and contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Create executive dashboards and transform financial data into compelling, actionable business narratives.
- Present recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments across Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering.
- Advanced financial-modelling and scenario-analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of P&L drivers, cash flow, pricing, margins, return on capital, and commercial valuation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Python, or R is an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering financial insights that influenced major business decisions.
- Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and data-storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Experience across Singapore and/or Malaysia, with knowledge of the broader ASEAN business landscape.
- Experience in people resourcing, workforce solutions, commercial operations, or corporate transformation is highly preferred.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
