Senior Consultant SAP EWM

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking aSenior Consultant – SAP EWMto join our growing SAP practice. The role will focus on delivering SAP EWM solutions across business transformation, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, lead implementation activities, and contribute to the growth of our SAP EWM capability across the region.

• Lead client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business processes and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP best practices, industry standards, and standard SAP functionality.
• Design and delivertarget-state SAP EWM solutionsaligned with business objectives.
• Analyze application landscapes and define SAP integration and interface requirements.
• Perform SAP EWM configuration, testing, and functional validation.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Lead consultants and client teams through implementation activities, including testing, migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Support change management, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior consultants and contribute to the growth of Deloitte's SAP practice.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree inIT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• 6–8 years of SAP consulting experience, with strong expertise inSAP EWM.
• Experience in4–6 end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, preferably with team/workstream leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and warehouse management processes.
• SAP S/4HANA / S/4HANA EWMexperience is an advantage.
• Strong capabilities in SAP solution design, configuration, testing, migration, and cutover.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally based on project requirements.
