Job Description

Are you an independent, able to work in a fast paced environment and a proactive Senior Contracts Administrator

At Randstad Malaysia, our contracts administration team plays a pivotal role in supporting our contracting business. You will be working side by side with the contracting team, the Payroll team and the managing director performing all temporary payroll solution responsibilities.

You will act as point of contact for all temporary payroll contractors facilitating any enquiries they may have with their salary payment, EPF, timesheets, employment contracts, and duration of contracts, onboarding and offboarding matters.

Your key accountabilities

  • Performing HR services activities including developing clients and contractors relations.
  • To assist clients with requests and provide consultative solutions in a timely manner.
  • To onboard contractors successfully, includes going through with them their contracts, timesheeting process, medical insurance and any other benefits
  • To provide market intel and provide consultative information on employment laws, contract obligations and other HR services related matters.
  • Resolve outstanding issues prior to payroll on leave and expense claims, overtime and salary payment in a timely manner and escalate to the contracting manager where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Payroll team on all contractor matters, coordinating and communicating information between clients and the Payroll team.

what you'll need to be successful in the role
  • 4+ year of experience in either recruitment administration or contract administration
  • Experience in HR and knowledge of Malaysia employment laws is preferred due to the nature of this role providing consultative information on contractual obligations and employment guidelines to clients and contractors
  • Service and delivery focused with high attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized and able to work with limited supervision
