Senior Dealer, Front Office, Group Corporate Treasury, Group Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage risk effectively to maximize profit while ensuring risks are within allowable risk parameters. Manage Wholesale liquidity risk efficiently. Provide guidance to junior dealers
• Manage the Reserve Book, including bond exposures, credit limits, new product papers, and rate strategies.
• Strategize for competitive market environment and identify new source of revenues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with regulators and counterparties.
• Exercise prudent risk management and control, including review of risk limits to ensure sufficient limits to support business strategy
• Keep abreast with technological advances and introduce improvements to the existing data framework, business productivity and optimize current processes
• Oversee process automation and optimization to improve productivity.
• Provide guidance, continuous knowledge transfer, coaching

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in relevant field, STEM fields are a plus, Finance, Accounting, Business acceptable. Preferably with an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification
• Comprehensive understanding of all markets products including foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income and derivatives
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & team management skills
• Strong numeracy and quantitative abilities
• Consistently good track record in the Treasury / Markets environment.
• Knowledge of second derivative instruments & other sophisticated financial tools.
• Full understanding of International and local market dynamics
• Understanding of markets operational processes and controls
• Understanding of regulatory issues and controls
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
