Job Title : Senior Engineer/AM Ingot-Wafer (Shift Department Ingot-Wafer Quality Engineer)

Job Objective :
To Manage and handle the shift as Shift Incharge in Ingot- Wafer process department with the following requirement :
Responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. Having basic knowledge to decide whether the product is up to the mark or not. If the product is of substandard quality, the domain knowledge will help you know where the problem originated.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Improve reliability of new product development processes
Maintain company quality standards
Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
Participate in all QA meetings
Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team
Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth
Plan, conduct, and monitor the test, and inspecting the products to ensure its quality
Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality
Reporting on the quality of products and/or services throughout all phases of production
Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality
Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues
Onboarding and training new quality control team members in shifts
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities look at ways to reduce waste and increase quality of Ingot/Wafer
Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.
Implementing quality control processes.
Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
Supervising operator and monitoring production standards.
