Job Objective :
Adani Solar is India's largest, fully integrated Solar PV Manufacturer, based at Gujarat. Inline with it's plans for creating a complete ecosystem of PV manufacturing at it's Mundra site, Adani Solar is on the lookout for a professional who can involve right from the inception of Pilot facility and the main project. This position will work in the Production function for a GW scale Mono Crystalline Ingot-Wafer Manufacturing Plant.

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Production management & control of Mono Crystalline Ingot-Wafer Manufacturing facility.
He should be able to meet annual targets, e.g., BOM Consumption, OPEX cost reduction, quality improvements, OEE & TPM initiatives.
Knowledge of etch, lap, polish, or grind wafers or ingots to form circuitry and change conductive properties, using etching, lapping, polishing, or grinding equipment.
Preparation & management of departmental budgets
Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Ingot-Wafer area for smooth and safe operation.
Leading role with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process
Responsible for engaging and developing large workforce of direct and contractual manpower.
Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet ABP targets.
Scheduling various training on chemical/material handling and safety norms to operators and team members.
Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME.
Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures.
Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms.
