To handIe all aspects with regards to Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
To drive sales and marketing activities for the school to increase public awareness, leads generation and student enrolment.
To establish contact and rapport with the external stakeholders, such as nationwide schools, centres, kindergartens, educational agents and etc. in sales, marketing and Business Development activities as well as promotional campaigns.
Event planning and coordination with the suppliers, vendors and etc.
To develop sales and marketing collaterals and pubiic relations materials.
To manage the company's digital assets and platforms, including website, campaigns, social media engagement and online advertising campaigns to raise customer click-through and conversion rates.
To plan social media's content calendars.
Produce original, clear and credible ideas/ messages/scripts.
To manage all the database and data mining activities.
Consistency conduct market survey and competitors analysis.
Provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies.
To contribute creative alternative ideas to help maximize market penetration.
Safeguard the interest and welfare of the brand properties against our Corporate Identity.
Responsible to promote programs offered by the company.
Attend to sales enquiries and follow-up prospects, leading to achieving to personal and company's target.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, fairs, and other marketing or promotional events.
Responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving service provision and for implementing a continuous improvement programme to maintain students enrolment.
Carry out targeted promotions and activities to increase public awareness and student enrolment.
Identify marketing opportunities as well as create new markets to achieve the academy's business objectives.
Manage the CRM enquiries, ensuring all e-mails, calls and walk-ins are responded promptly.
To achieve the sales target which set by the company. (Company target will be briefed on the first week of the work)
To perform any other ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related area from recognised university.
Minimum 5 years working experience in the Education industry with proven track records.
A mature individual with strong sense of responsibility and approachable.
Ability to provide educational and personal counselling.
Required language(s): able to converse and written fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
The ability to create something new refined writing skills.
Possess strong initiative, attention to details, strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students in a courteous, tactful and professional manner.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver result.
Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical and able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task.
Must be a team player with a positive and can-do attitude plus able to adapt in task-paced working environment.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
