The Role

Job Summary

The role is responsible for driving digital solutions and IT-related projects within the Charging department, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. This includes managing digital projects, supporting business applications, and contributing to software development, system integration, BI reporting, and process automation to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Solutions & Application Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal business systems and digital platforms supporting the Charging business.
• Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Participate in software development, testing, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting where required.
• Manage integrations with internal systems, third-party platforms, APIs, payment services, and other digital services.

2. Project Management

• Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, technical specifications, process flows, and change management records.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate appropriate resolution.

3. Business Intelligence & Data Solutions

• Develop and maintain operational and management dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, SQL queries, reports, and data integrations where required.
• Improve data accuracy, accessibility, and reporting automation.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

4. Application Operations & Support

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, availability, performance, and support of business applications.
• Establish and maintain application support processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor application performance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders or vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure business applications remain reliable and aligned with operational requirements.

5. Digital Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through digital solutions.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Charging's digital platforms, applications, and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Flutter/mobile application development, system integration, APIs, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
