Job Description

Manage Etiqa's panel hospital network by serving as the primary liaison for all hospital-related matters, ensuring effective provider relationship management, operational excellence, contractual compliance and cost optimisation. The role supports the Company's healthcare ecosystem strategy, customer experience initiatives and business objectives through strong hospital partnerships and efficient provider network management.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for all panel hospital operational and business matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with panel hospitals and key stakeholders. Coordinate and resolve hospital-related enquiries, issues and escalations. Facilitate effective communication between hospitals and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations on corporate discounts, medical packages and pricing revisions. Identify opportunities for healthcare cost optimization.
  • Review monthly Statements of Account (SOA) submitted by hospitals. Monitor billing submission timelines and service levels. Resolve billing discrepancies through coordination with GL Team, Claims and providers. Monitor provider compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate investigations of provider-related complaints and service issues
  • Collaborate with hospitals on health screenings, wellness campaigns and health talks. Support Health Ecosystem and Wellness strategic programmes & develop value-added healthcare programmes.
  • Participate in provider management, digitalisation and process improvement projects. Support strategic initiatives to strengthen network management and operational excellence.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare Economics, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Healthcare Management, Provider Network Management, Contract Management, or Insurance Operations would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in healthcare provider management, hospital relations, managed care, medical insurance, healthcare operations, or related healthcare industry functions.
  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, medical networks, TPA, insurance, or employee benefits sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing provider networks, negotiating contracts, service agreements, and commercial arrangements with healthcare institutions.
  • Experience in cost containment, provider performance management, and healthcare utilization management is an advantage.
