Senior Executive of Industry Relations Department

Job Summary

Serve as the focal point for engagement with industry licensees, analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of MCMC's position, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support informed decision-making that advances organizational and national objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage engagement with industry players to establish and maintain strong, transparent relationships that support regulatory alignment and industry development.
2. Interface with analysts and investors to provide accurate updates on communications and multimedia (C&M) sector performance and MCMC-related developments.
3. Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in driving industry transformation initiatives.
4. Track and analyze industry players activities and analysts reports to provide timely insights and support strategic decision-making.
5. Prepare and deliver periodic reports on industry developments and stakeholder feedback to enhance visibility and organizational awareness.
6. Lead and execute assigned projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes in line with objectives set by Head of CIRD.
7. Analyze and develop industry-related reports to provide evidence-based insights and support policy, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
8. Manage engagements with delegates and external/regional representatives to ensure effective representation of MCMC's position and interests.

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in economics / business / Telecommunications / Public Policy or related field from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, industry engagement, regulatory, or telecommunications-related roles
