Attend to Service Request case i.e. ensuring timely completion of SRs and immediate execution of URGENT SRs, follow-up on late SRs and timely escalation for assistant
Perform Application ID Related Matters for applications under SAC.
Ensuring proper controls are over ID management activities are implemented and practiced
Assist Head, System Access Control unit on application security related matters
To educate and have good engagement relationship with all internal customer to provide best customer service related to User ID management matters
Support and maintain the Banking Group's Compliance Framework in order to ensure due adherence to relevant operational risk management policy of the Banking Group. This shall include the delivery of acceptable audit ratings by all Operating Units under jurisdiction
