Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in taxation, banking operations, audit preparation, and financial reporting within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual tax computation and taxation matters including withholding tax, SST, and commercial tax
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and filing of tax-related documents to relevant authorities
• Handle banking transactions, bank reconciliation, and payment processing
• Assist in financing matters and liaise with banks and financial institutions
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for annual external audits
• Manage inter-company transactions and related party invoices
• Monitor capex listing and monthly depreciation schedules
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and reporting
• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance operations and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior knowledge in oil & gas would be an added advantage
• Member of MIA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting
• Experience working in a public listed company will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in taxation, banking operations, audit preparation, and statutory compliance
