About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage daily and month-end asset accounting activities, including investment order settlements, capitalization, and depreciation postings.
- Ensure accurate financial postings, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and timely month-end close.
- Resolve complex asset accounting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor recurring issues, drive process improvements, and escalate risks when required.
- Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Assist with system testing, user training, change management, and process documentation updates.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
- Perform asset account and sub-ledger reconciliations, investigate variances, and validate asset master data.
- Support month-end reporting, audit readiness, and internal/external audit requests.
- Act as the subject matter expert for asset accounting matters and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate process updates effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Fixed Asset Should Have
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in fixed asset management or accounting processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
