Role Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven digital marketer to lead our paid ad efforts, generate

high-quality leads, and optimize marketing workflows to support business growth in the

renewable energy space. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and the digital aspects of

marketing, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance ads to drive lead generation.

● Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads with cost-effective customer acquisition.

● Implement lead filtering mechanisms and scoring systems to improve lead quality and conversion potential.

● Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, improve engagement, and nurture leads through the funnel.

● Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new lead generation opportunities.

● Explore and test new digital channels and platforms to expand audience reach and diversify lead sources.

● Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, track ROI, and manage integrated campaigns.

● Handle external vendors and coordinate with internal teams when required to execute and optimize digital ad initiatives.

● Translate complex marketing strategies into actionable plans and initiatives across departments.

● Stay agile and adapt quickly to evolving trends in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

● Preferred 1 year of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital ads and lead generation.

● Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads), and marketing automation systems/CRM tools (e.g., Sleekflow, respond.io, salesforce and etc).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

● Ability to prioritize initiatives based on their impact on revenue growth.
