Job Description
- Oversee and manage shared services processes within the Human Resources department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all HR activities.
- Coordinate and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system accurately and promptly.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements within shared services operations.
- Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Shared Services Professional Should Have
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, specifically within a shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Proficiency in managing employee records and HR data.
- Familiarity with local labour laws and compliance requirements in Shanghai.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
