Our client in retail business is looking for a Group IT Senior Manager to lead and strengthen the Group's technology ecosystem across infrastructure, ERP, business applications, digital platforms, cybersecurity, data governance and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services and outlet-level systems.
- Manage POS, attendance, CCTV, access control, digital signage, telephony, internet connectivity and other IT systems.
- Establish IT standards, policies, SOPs, support SLAs and asset management practices.
- Own the ERP system end-to-end, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, customisation, user access and continuous improvements.
- Manage ERP vendors, consultants and implementation partners.
- Work closely with business users to improve processes, automate workflows and drive system adoption.
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy and appropriate access controls.
- Serve as the administrator and technical owner of the Group's Lark platform.
- Manage users, permissions, security settings, workflows, attendance, knowledge management and integrations.
- Act as the technical project owner for vendor-developed applications and digital projects.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs and project scopes.
- Manage application development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
- Oversee integrations between ERP, POS, HR, finance, CRM and delivery platforms.
- Identify opportunities for low-code/no-code automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Oversee the technical integration of the Loyalty App with ERP, POS, CRM and payment gateways.
- Establish and implement the Group's cybersecurity framework.
- Develop policies covering access control, backup, disaster recovery and vulnerability management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of IT management / leadership experience, preferably within F&B, retail, consumer, hospitality or multi-outlet environments.
- Strong hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience with ERP implementation, system integration and business process automation.
- Practical knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance and PDPA compliance, with the ability to build policies and frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience managing technology vendors and IT projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, delivery tracking and vendor accountability.
- Exposure to Lark, Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise collaboration platforms is an advantage.
