Job Description
- Managed end-to-end netting, intercompany settlements, treasury accounting, reconciliations, and exception resolution.
- Served as SME for complex netting exceptions and settlement disputes, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitored exception logs, identified recurring issues, and drove sustainable process improvements.
- Prepared operational, month-end, and exception reports for stakeholders.
- Led process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Supported SAP and treasury system upgrades, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Maintained SOPs, control matrices, and training materials while coaching team members on new processes.
- Ensured accurate treasury accounting and compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
- Performed reconciliations between netting outputs, general ledger balances, and bank statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Validated master data, maintained key controls, and supported internal and external audit requirements.
- Coordinated with Treasury, Accounting, Shared Services, Controllers, and IT teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely settlements.
- Acted as the key contact for netting, settlement, accounting treatment, and process-related queries.
