Responsibilities

Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
Taking responsibilities for profit and loss.
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty.
Respond to customer enquiries / complaints.
Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within the contract logistics / 3PL industry.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Strong understanding of contract logistics and warehouse operations.
Business Development experience, including proposal design, costing, pricing, tender management and negotiation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
