Senior Manager role within a Global Contract Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on driving strategic programs across regions.
About The Role
This is a
globally scoped leadership position, working across multiple regions including Europe and Asia. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and overseeing end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. Travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-level coordination and hands-on execution of end-to-end SCM processes
- Drive initiatives across engineering and IT-related supply chain functions
- Define and implement programs focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
- Manage and align a globally distributed team
- Lead change management initiatives within complex logistics environments
Location
- Based in Malaysia preferably in Penang
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Contract Logistics (CL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations
- Strong communication skills with experience working in matrix organizations
- Exposure to multinational environments (experience with leading tech/manufacturing firms is a strong advantage)
