Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – PreSales with strong Solution Architecture, AI, and Security Operations Center (SOC) expertise to lead our technical presales engagements. This role will be responsible for translating complex business and security requirements into compelling, scalable solutions, driving wins across managed security, AIdriven analytics, and SOCrelated services. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, and security or AIenabled platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to craft winning proposals and deliver impactful product demonstrations.
  • Provide technical presales support by conducting assessments, designing solution architectures, and preparing Bills of Materials.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams, sharing feedback and insights to enhance our solutions.
  • Support post-sales activities when required to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security ecosystem and landscape, including the latest cyber security trends and threats.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to highlight the value of our client's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Work with technical teams to design comprehensive security solutions across various domains, including SIEM, EDR, IAM, NGFW, and cloud security, to address complex client requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between customers and the service operations team.
  • Willing to work beyond business hours or be on-call as and when required.
  • Lead the endtoend presales process for security, AI, and SOCrelated offerings, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, POCs, and technical proposals.
  • Act as the technical face of the company to CISOs, CTOs, and senior IT stakeholders, articulating the value of our SOC, AI analytics, and securityoperations platforms.
  • Design and present endtoend solution architectures that combine SIEM, threat intelligence, SOC, AI/ML, and related security services to address client business and regulatory needs.
  • Develop and refine standard presentations, playbooks, and battle cards for SOC, AI, and security operations, ensuring consistency across sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and SOC teams to align solutions with product roadmaps, technical constraints, and client SLAs.
  • Conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and postsales handovers to ensure smooth delivery and operationalization of SOC and AIenabled solutions.
  • Stay current with trends in cybersecurity, SOC operations, AI/ML in security, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., RMIT, PDPA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) to position our solutions effectively.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales in cybersecurity, managed security services, SOC, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Demonstrated background in SOC operations, SIEM, threat intelligence, incident response, and managed security services.
  • Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts applied to security analytics, log correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive threatdetection models.
  • Proven ability to design and present endtoend security and cloudsecurity architectures, including integrations with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience leading technical workshops, discovery sessions, and proofofconcept (POC) engagements with enterprise clients.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA/CISM, CCISO, AWS/Azure/GCP Security, or AIrelated certifications.
  • Prior experience in a managed security service provider (MSSP) or SOC environment.
  • Familiarity with major SIEM, SOAR, UEBA and threatintelligence platforms commonly used in enterprise SOC deployments.
  • This position directly reports to SOC Senior Director.
