An MNC Insurance company is currently looking Senior Manager, Risk & Security Governance to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Good knowledge covering Risk & Security Governance framework and processes with ability to build relationships with both local and regional team and stakeholders
Design and implement overall Risk & Security Governance framework and process, which includes detailed analysis of the financial and risk impact to the organisation
Lead the team to perform assessment and analysis on the current Security and Risks and provide recommendations to the regional stakeholders
Good experience working in the regional MNC environment with Insurance/Financial Institution background as added advantage
Strong leadership with the ability to hire, coach and develop the team across to their career goals
Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
