Senior Manager Strategic Project Management
Job Description
In your new role you will:- Conceptualize, conduct feasibility study and lead project implementation in site-level strategic projects like Site Expansion, Carbon neutrality & Green initiatives, Culture transformation (SPIRIT)and CSR initiatives.
- Coordinate and provide management support to deploy and sustain site-level management system and platforms like yearly strategic workshop and various monthly review platforms.
- Lead and coordinate cross-site cooperation projects.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Engineering and Science.
- Minimum 8-10 years working experience with 2-3 years at management level and/or project management.
- Hand-on experience in Project management.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic financial knowledge will be added advantages.
