Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the job market and will possess a deep understanding of compensation and benefits programs, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective total rewards strategies. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs across internal, core services functional groups.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead the annual salary review and bonus process
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team on total rewards matters
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new and revised compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations
  • Working with HR, leadership, and other teams to review total rewards packages, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop creative solutions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience working in highly collaborative setting with multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
