Senior Metrology Engineer

Your Tasks

• Ensure all Inspection, Measurement & Test Equipment (IMTE) complies with the Quality Management System.
• Define and implement measurement methods and tools to support product quality and new product introduction (NPI).
• Provide technical guidance on metrology, GD&T, and measurement system analysis (Gage R&R, MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize measurement systems for stability, capability, and efficiency.
• Evaluate, select, and qualify new metrology equipment for production and technology development.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in measurement processes and data analysis.
• Maintain calibration systems, laboratory accreditation, and metrology documentation (SOPs, capability studies).
• Lead or support metrology-related projects, including planning, milestone setting, and resource coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, suppliers, and customers on critical parameters and correlation activities.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in metrology, quality, or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and engineering drawing review for measurability.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools (Gage R&R, MSA, SPC, FMEA) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & IATF 16949 standards.
• Basic project management knowledge with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an added advantage.
