Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Operation Executive to support our growing business operations and sales performance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional coordination, and possesses strong analytical and operational capabilities.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with management and regional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, support strategic business growth, and strengthen sales performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of sales performance data, KPIs, and operational insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Drive the execution of annual sales plans, monitor progress closely, and ensure sales targets are achieved effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and business partners while enhancing channel development and dealer performance.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Business Operations & Functional Support

  • Support the Regional General Manager in optimizing operational frameworks, including brand management, channel strategy, logistics coordination, and data governance.
  • Prepare professional business presentations, reports, dashboards, and analysis materials for management reviews and regional meetings.
  • Coordinate internal and cross-functional meetings, ensuring proper documentation, action tracking, and timely follow-up.
  • Manage and coordinate leadership visits with professionalism and effective communication.

Strategic Coordination & Market Analysis

  • Serve as a key liaison between HQ and regional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and operational goals.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for sales-related activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal processes and company standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, business operations, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
